The results speak for themselves and process matters. Five Home Health Agencies (HHAs) will share their results during the Organizational Process Improvement Coaching Project (OPICP) Conference next week. The July 30th conference will go beyond Medicare Manual requirements to communicate the Home Health Face to Face (HH F2F) process flows for these home health, physician, and hospital providers. This is vital information for home health agencies and physicians implementing the Medicare requirements in Change Request 9189 and preparing for the Home Health Probe and Educate Reviews for dates of service August 1, 2015 and beyond.

Waiting for the Probe and Educate Reviews to begin and seeing how they turn out is not a strategy. Come learn from your home health and physician peers how best to reengineer the HH F2F process and get it right the first time.

    Dr. Feliciano,

Is there a possibility that this will be recorded for those who are unable to attend onsite in SC?

Sounds like a very helpful conference!

    Thank you,
    Carolyn Williams
